Secondhand Marigaux 901 Oboe. Conservatoire model with thumbplate. Made in Paris in 1984 (Serial Number 14484). Has characteristic dark, mellow tone. Used professionally for many years. Has crack that was pinned early in its life - does not affect playability. Made from Grenadilla with silver-plated nickel keys. Semi-automatic. Third octave key.
