About Axemail

Axemail is the website for Axe Music. The shop began trading in 1976 and is currently situated in Wivenhoe, Essex. The website has been in operation since 1994 and was one of the first to retail musical instruments in the UK. Axe Music specialises in guitars, amplifiers, effects, recording and accessories.

Axe Music is a small, long established music shop and, unlike today's megastores, offers a highly personal service. Your order is taken, processed, and in most cases will be received within 24 hours. All prices are highly competitive - you get a good, honest, down to earth Good Deal at Axe Music.

Customer Information

• New goods carry a minimum of 1 year's guarantee. Secondhand: 3 months.
• Multiple orders will only be subject to one carriage/postage charge.
• Carriage charges on this site are UK mainland only, export orders will be charged at cost.
• If goods are faulty upon receipt, different from those ordered or are not delivered at the arranged time, there is the option of a refund/exchange.

Payments

Orders can be taken over the telephone, or via the website using our secure order form, or via your Google Checkout account. Delivery

Goods are normally delivered via our carrier, Fastway Couriers or Royal Mail/Parcelforce to addresses in the UK. Rates vary and are specified on each product page. Delivery times are usually within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Privacy Policy

The only information we require when a customer places an order is set out in our order forms. No other information is required.

The information is collected by axemail.com and is collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998 and is not passed on to any third party.

The sole reason for needing the information requested is to process customers' orders. It is not used for any other purpose. No further marketing material will be forwarded to the customer.

Returns Policy

It is our intention to ensure that your purchase matches your expectations. If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it or return it to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund less the carriage charge provided items are properly packed in their original packaging and in a new saleable condition.
